COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – A man was arrested after he was caught masturbating in his car on Friday.
Armond Mastandrea, 68, was arrested for indecent exposure, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies found his car in a parking lot off of Santa Barbara Boulevard.
CCSO said the deputy found the man watching something on his phone. Mastandrea’s shorts were unzipped and he had his penis in one hand and a lit cigarette in the other.
Mastandrea is accused of masturbating where he was clearly visible to anyone walking by, deputies said. He later told CCSO that he was watching porn on his phone.
